If you belong to one of the customer types listed below, please complete the appropriate application and submit it to the Augsburg Fortress Credit Department via fax (612-330-3196) or postal service (P.O. Box 1209, Minneapolis, MN, 55440-1209).

We will notify you via a welcome letter when your Augsburg Fortress Credit Account has been opened. This will include your assigned account number and credit terms.
