Geordie W. Ziegler earned a doctorate in theology from the University of Aberdeen and now serves as pastor of Adult Discipleship and Formation at Columbia Presbyterian Church, Vancouver, Washington. This volume is based on a dissertation completed at the University of Aberdeen under the direction of John Webster.
